The Coaching Exchange
Welcome to the coaching exchange. As I complete my ICF coaching accreditation, you’re welcome to work with me in exchange for acts of kindness.

Coaching is expensive but transformative.
And a little kindness goes a long way.
Maybe you want coaching but have financial limitations right now.
Maybe you already pay for a coach but want a fresh perspective.
Maybe you’re a coach yourself and want a sparring partner.
As part of my training I’m logging 100 hours as a coach in exchange for acts of kindness.
How does this work?
Instead of financial payment for a coaching session, you can offer me an act of kindness in return, agreed and advanced ahead of the session.
This might be something that will help me spread the word about what I do:
👋 A warm intro to someone who could help me build my newsletter following
🎤 A speaking opportunity at your workplace
🗣️ A referral to another individual interested in coaching
🤝 A coaching session if you’re also a coach
Or it might be a small gesture to make me smile:
Cookies 🍪 , flowers 💐 , a good leadership book 📚 .
