Train Your Focus
We’ve all heard the stats on how we’re struggling to focus. The most recent studies show it now takes just 47 seconds before distraction closes in.
Alex Wieckowski did a live experiment with his audience earlier this year: training focus through reading books.
His biggest lesson:
Most people try to increase willpower or motivation. And it doesn’t work.

Move your phone out of sight (I tuck mine behind my laptop - it works, really!)
Find a private space (or put headphones in)
Tell people when you’re next free (more effective than “I’m busy”)
Make it easier to help focus stick around for a moment longer!
